Are You a Blog?

Recently, some of our PlayThru users have told us that they have seen conflicts with certain WordPress themes.

If this is the case for you, we have found that switching from the “Lightbox” to the “Embedded” version of PlayThru fixes most of these issues. New accounts use Lightbox by default. To make the switch to Embedded, just login to your account and click manage. You can then click the drop down menu to switch from Lightbox to Embedded. We are fixing each of the individual theme conflicts as they come up, but the above steps will allow you to keep using PlayThru in the meantime.  If you are having an issue with PlayThru and a custom theme, please let us know what theme you are using so we can make the fix.  You can leave a comment here.
